Who we are
CitizenAce is an independent study app and website for the U.S. naturalization civics test and interview. We are not affiliated with USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security or any government agency.
Not legal advice
CitizenAce helps you study. It does not give legal advice and cannot tell you whether your application will be approved. For questions about your own case, talk to an immigration attorney or a representative accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice.
Accuracy
Questions and answers come word for word from the official USCIS list, and answers that change (such as senators or governors) show the date we last checked them. Official information can change at any time. Always check uscis.gov before your interview. At the interview, give the name of the official serving that day.
AI practice officer
The AI interview is practice. The officer is a computer program, not a real USCIS officer. Its feedback can be wrong, and a real interview may be different.
Purchases
Some features need a purchase. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewals. The weekly plan starts with a free trial and then renews every week at the price shown until you cancel. On iPhone, purchases are handled by Apple and you cancel or request refunds in your Apple account settings. On the web, purchases are handled by Stripe and you can cancel the weekly plan any time in your account. Interview packs add extra AI interviews and do not expire while your access is active.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You may stop using CitizenAce and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to break it, copy it in bulk, or use it to harm others.
Limits of our responsibility
CitizenAce is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the outcome of your test or interview or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
